Our sales team is the heart of the Old Cannery experience. You'll help customers find exactly the right piece for their home — and do it with the warmth and expertise our store is known for. No aggressive sales tactics; just great people helping people.

• Greet and assist customers throughout our showroom
• Help shoppers find furniture that fits their style, space, and budget
• Maintain product knowledge across a wide range of furniture lines
• Process sales and coordinate special orders
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-presented

The front counter is often a customer's first and last touchpoint. You'll be the friendly, capable face of Old Cannery — handling inquiries, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and making sure every visit ends on a high note.

• Answer phones and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Process payments, handle returns, and manage customer accounts
• Coordinate delivery and pickup scheduling with the warehouse team
• Assist customers with order status updates and follow-through
• Support sales staff with administrative tasks as needed

Our warehouse and receiving team keeps everything moving behind the scenes. You'll work alongside a close-knit crew to receive incoming shipments, stage inventory, assist customers loading their purchases, and keep our warehouse in top shape.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming furniture shipments
• Load purchased furniture safely and efficiently into customer vehicles
• Assemble furniture for customers at management's direction
• Cross-train with receiving and warehouse teams to support both areas as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse — including baling and recycling cardboard
• Follow safe lifting and material-handling procedures at all times
