Dial in your own loft with the Cariloha Flex Pillow, a Standard size pillow filled with removable bamboo charcoal memory foam. Unzip the inner envelope and take fill out for a lower, softer pillow or leave it full for firmer support, which makes it work for back, side, and stomach sleepers in one pillow. The foam is CertiPUR-US certified, and Cariloha says the bamboo charcoal helps wick moisture and block odors naturally. The quilted outer cover is 35% viscose from bamboo and 65% polyester, and it zips off for machine washing on gentle; the foam itself is spot clean only and should air dry 24 to 48 hours before covering. Standard measures 20 by 30 inches across the loft. Pair it with a Cariloha pillowcase set for the softest feel, and keep the fill you remove so you can adjust again as your mattress or sleep position changes.
